Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all palettes and delicate powders are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
